Basao Tea is an elevated café serving tea-based drinks and desserts. Interior design studio, Building Narrative, integrates the brand’s story in the design by infusing the featured tiles with soil from their own tea plantation. With the warm hue and tactile texture of the soil, it surrounds the customer with a calming atmosphere.

Building narrative has curated MENU’s furniture and lighting pieces from us in this project, including the iconic minimalistic Afteroom dining and bar chairs, and the TR bulb light series from to create a tranquil environment that cultivates the presence of mind.
