Senior Marketing & PR Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & PR Manager to join our growing team as we prepare to celebrate our 10th anniversary next year.
 

This role is ideal for someone passionate about design, furniture, lifestyle, and branding, with experience across marketing, content, PR, and digital channels. You will support the development and execution of both online and offline initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, grow audience engagement, and support sales across multiple platforms.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns and events.

– Manage & support social media content, calendars, and community engagement across Google, Meta and Mailchimp

– Support digital marketing initiatives, social media growth, SEO, trend insights, and performance reporting across key platforms.

– Coordinate PR, media, and influencer outreach.

– Organise events, showroom activations, and develop brand partnerships.

– Work closely with sales and merchandising teams.

– Provide support in the studio store and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 

What we are looking for:
– Background in Marketing / Design / Luxury sector or related industry
– Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese and knowledge of Mandarin would be an advantage
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign, Photoshop)
– Proficiency in MS office & Mac OS (Excel, Keynote)
– Strong communication and organisational skills
– A keen eye for detail with a creative mindset
– Self-motivated and proactive, passionate about furniture & design and a good team player
– Fast learner, able to work in a fast-paced environment
– Immediate availability is preferred
– Candidates with more experience may be considered for more senior positions

Sales & Operations Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-driven Sales & Operations Executive to join our growing studio store team.

This role is for someone who loves furniture, interiors, and design, and takes pride in creating a polished, personalised retail experience. You’ll be a key ambassador for Wool in-store, supporting clients with product knowledge, order handling, and day-to-day store operations.

 

Key responsibilities:
– Welcome and assist local and international customers, as well as designer clients.
– Share product knowledge and guide customers through purchase decisions.
– Manage enquiries, quotations, and order follow-up.
– Support merchandising, stock management, and visual display planning.
– Coordinate deliveries, inventory, and logistics.
–Assist with VM setup, styling, and presentation of the store.
– Help maintain a beautifully presented and well-run store.

 

What we’re looking for:
– Minimum 2-3 years’ retail experience, ideally in design, lifestyle, or luxury goods industry.
– Strong English and Chinese communication skills; Mandarin is a plus.
– Comfortable with Microsoft Office & Mac OS.
– Friendly, service-minded, organised, and proactive.
– Able to work weekends and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
– Degree holder in Business Administration, Design, Hospitality or a related field.
– Immediate availability preferred.
– Candidates with more experience may be considered for more senior positions
